THEY LIE AND WONT SHOW UP FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. DO NOT USE. I would give them zero stars if I could. I had an appointment for Wednesday 3/23 from 10-2. I got link to check status and everytime I checked it said I was next but the time keep getting pushed back. I tried the chat feature since it was so hard to get a person on the phone. The people on the chat are not helpful and lie. They kept saying technician was running late but would still come. Finally at 8pm I spoke with Iza on the phone she said she would reschedule me for tomorrow at 8am. Guess what nobody showed up again. When I check my appointment status it still shows my appointment as Wednesday from 10-2. Now I am being told I have to reschedule my appointment and the next available appointment is 5 days away. I'm without a fridge and they want me to wait an entire week just to come out and see what's wrong?They have 0 customer service and they lie. When I asked how I can trust they will actually show up next time I was told they will since this is a real appointment. So what my appointment on Wednesday that they didn't show up for wasn't real??? No apologies, no explanation for just not showing up twice and lieing to me.

Sears repair left us without a refrigerator, a NECESSARY household appliance, for 25 consecutive days, as they were unable to provide all the parts on a timely basis (parts should have been prioritized for overnight delivery) . When the repairman finally arrived, he said one part, an evaporator, had not been shipped, but repaired the fridge anyway. During all the wait for Sears to repair, they were extremely hard to contact via their phone numbers, kept you on hold indefinitely, got disconnected, their chat feature did not work, perhaps by design? When finally talking to someone, they had enough of a foreign accent making them hard to understand. This also makes the second time the compressor went bad on the less than 5 yr. old refrigerator. The first time we went without for 9 days. Sears just doesn't care about customer satisfaction, so as a result of these two unsatisfactory and unacceptable experiences, we have shredded our Sears charge card, and won't be doing any more business with them, except probably when the compressor goes out again, I think it has a 10 yr. warranty. No apology or offer to replace, or waive the labor charge of $410 for making us go without for so long. Only wish the Sears people would have to endure what we did. A sad and sorry corporation, no wonder they are going bankrupt.
