* The young technician was great! He was polite, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. SEARS on the other hand has really disappointed me. I don't see myself ever doing business with SEARS again and I will never recommend SEARS to anyone I know. Last year I was forced to purchase an extended warranty when I bought my washer/dryer that I did not want. It has not bee worth the money I paid for it. terms and services have changed since I was forced to purchase the warranty and now it is not useful to me at all. A big waste of money! I think I should get a refund. Not to mention that all the appliances I ordered last summer never came in and I am very disappointed in SEARS on the whole.

Two months after the first call to their 800 number and my washing machine is still not usable. We signed up for a cleaning and they sent a refrigerator repair to do a cleaning for $149 that you should be doing YOURSELF. We told him thanks but no thanks. That was a month wait for nothing. So they send another guy who basically tells us he can't replace the door boot. Then another month later we wait to find out that he can't change the boot and clean up around the drum. I don't blame the technicians but understand something now about the management and the 800 number. CLUELESS. And customer service is an unknown commodity there.

The A&E technician Jonathan, was one of the fastest, most courteous, knowledgeable technicians I have ever had provide a service at my home. My sincerest thanks to him and to A&E for the great job! Was so impressed I definitely had to leave a review.
