  Prepaid in December 2021 Repair/replacement of tractor transmission torque strap. After three months of waiting and being told the part was on back order then finally on March 2, 2022 that the part was no longer available. I located the part myself in 5 minutes on ereplacementpart.com with a shipping time within 5 days of placing the order. I retired the tractor myself

  The repair technician was extremely helpful but the customer service and follow up was horrible. I canceled the appointment for the repair and have tried to have them come pick up the part per their procedure but no one came and I still not received the credit promised to me and it has been 1 month.
