  Warrantee contract service for AC and Furnace. You must must schedule service to meet terms of warrantees. Great service people! We have new Carrier heat pump and furnace as of 2017. Signed up for extended warrantee. They now have all documents including receipts on email!

  Garbage. Had an appointment scheduled today, took day off work, been sitting all day. Find out at 330 PM that my repair has been rescheduled for 18 days from now without so much as a phone call or text. Absolutely horrible.

  LG Manufacturer repair of fridge has taken over 2 months to repair and counting. This company has canceled appointments twice now and keeps pushing the repair out 2 weeks. Tech finally came out and replaced the compressor only for the fridge to not be working 3 hours after he left. Had to wait 5 days in order to schedule another appointment due to their system giving errors on a follow up. Completely horrible customer Service. DO NOT USE this company!!
