Horrible experience. My stove needed repair, repair man came to fix and talked me into a Sears Appliance warranty = repair or replace guarentee. DON'T DO IT! Charged me $600 for the warrenty and $250 to start the stove repair. 3 different repair guys came bk over the next 4 months with part after part. Went to finally start it up and needed one more part that they don't make anymore! Scrap the whole stove and effort bc the repair man didn't tell me that the warrante doesn't cover appliances you work on right away, has to wait 60 days for work to commence! SCAM! Good luck cancelling the Sears Appliance warranty, it took me 4 days and 2 weeks of effort to cancel. The phone delays and departments are designed to prevent you from cancelling. Huge effort and made me pay $150 cancellation fee!!!

It was easy to set up the appointment, it was not a long wait and Mike did the repair easily. Kind of expensive but worth it.
