Disappointed, after paying $405.00 for my extended warranty I ran into a whole pile of problems. I had a appointment set for my refrigerator to repair my ice maker we were getting no ice at all. Long story short they never showed up to repair my refrigerator, we got no phone call stating they were not coming and no text. After 11 phone calls to find out why I decided to have one of our local appliance repair stores here in town repair the fridge. $98.00 to repair. We decided to cancel our warranty and get our money reimburse to us as it was doing us no good. After 8 more phone calls the recording states due to heavy calling there wait times on all 8 phone calls was over 120 minutes. I had also the local Sears store here in Sonora try to get someone to help me cancel my policy to no avail. Where we are right now is I sent a registered letter to the PO Box 141147 Spokane Valley 99214 to cancel the policy and reimburse our money and I have received nothing showing they have received my letter yet. THE BOTTOM LINE IS DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EXTENDED POLICY FROM SEARS IF YOU PURCHASE A APPLIANCE OR WHATEVER SEARS SUPPOSEDLY COVERS UNDER THESE POLICY'S AS ONCE YOU HAVE PAID THESE PEOPLE AND YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THERE IS NO WAY FOR YOU TO CALL AND TALK TO A HUMAN BEING TO HELP YOU SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS. THIS IS THE BIGGEST RIPOFF I HAVE EVER SEEN OR EXPERIENCED.

Service tech was very good. I was impressed. The only negitive thing was he was scheduled to come between 8 and noon. Arrived at 1:30 ish. no call to tell me he was running late. Need to fix that.

Its called a phone, use it. Worst customer service and rude tech people. Don't bother!!!
