My repairman was Jerome and he was friendly and professional at what he did. He took care of the problem in a few minutes and when he left you could never tell he was ever there. He checked everything. I'm very happy with the service I received.

We scheduled a house call for repair on a Samsung front loading washing machine. The repair tech quoted us $900.00 for parts to fix our machine because the drum had come loose. We couldn't afford the repair at the time but asked the technician to write down the parts that we needed in case we decided to fix it in the future. He didnt leave us the 3 part names or serial numbers even though we paid $89.00 for the house call. We should've been given this info.so that we could price check the parts on line and with other repair services. We called Sears and they were extremely rude, they wouldn't give us the part list, their employee ID #'s or let us speak with a manager. They did state that we could schedule another repair appt and pay another $89.00 and they would come back out and tell us what parts we needed. I will never use this service again!

Very nice and punctual serviceman (Mike) He determined the problem quickly but unfortunately didn't have a part available on his truck-he came back one week later and installed the part (which I received in the mail) in a matter of a minute or two. Very cordial and efficient.
