A & E was contracted through Lowes to fix my KitchenAid refrigerator. The technician showed up on Jan 24th order parts and said they would return on Feb 3rd. I paid $611.17 for the service. On Feb 3rd no one showed, and when I called to inquire, I was told that my service had been cancelled without notification or reason given. After a lengthy phone conversation I finally convinced the rep to at least refund my money, and was told I would have confirmation within 72hrs. I called again on Feb 15th, and said that my refund had been processed on the 9th, ( I was not notified of this), but it would take an additional 21 days to receive a refund. Do not use this company , customer service and communication are substandard.

My technician, Clayton called to tell me that he would be at my home in 30 minutes, within the time frame the company told me he would be there. He arrived when he said he would, and my dishwasher was repaired in a timely manner and now runs great. My technician was courteous and professional 😊

After over two months of waiting for Sears' diagnostic appointment and the backorder of parts, their repair tech came out fix my broken refrigerator. The tech installed the parts, and then asks for more money after I paid for all of the repairs upfront (100%) two months earlier when the diagnostic appointment happened. After an hour of haggling over the double-charge (which they ended up waiving), the tech left. The refrigerator still continues to not work. My refrigerator actually is in worse condition now than it was before the repair 'attempt' — it won't cool below 68 degrees. Who can go on with a non-working refrigerator for months on end? I called them twice after the tech left about the fridge still not working. Their call center said they'd escalate the situation and have a manager call me for a resolution. That was several days ago; still no call back from Sears. Do not deal with this company for repairs unless you enjoy frustration, and wasting your time and money.
