    I called twice and asked for an appointment to fix our stove. They asked me to call back 24 hours later each time and stated they were unable to schedule it at this time. After 30 seconds on the website I found that they do not actually service Western Montana. Not recommended. Edit: after contacting me because of this review, Sears attempted to find an authorized repairman in the area, but confirmed that they do not service this area. My rating remains the same, not recommended, but they did at least try to resolve things.

    Other than the fact that we had to wait 2 months before a tech could get here, we were very happy with the service. The technician called the morning of arrival with an eta and arrived on time. He was able to fix the lawnmower on the a spot, so we did not have to go through any further delay waiting for parts. Overall, very satisfied with the Sears warranty program. Thank you.

    Appointment was made 40 days in advance, confirmed via email in the morning, less than an hour later, notified again that it was cancelled and I needed to reschedule. Called and she said the technician would call in an hour to reschedule. No call. Called again and rescheduled to 10/1 - a week later. That one was cancelled as well and rescheduled for 10/3 between 8 and noon. He showed up promptly at 8:06 but didn't do anything. Pulled refrigerator away from wall to see if it was dusty or not. Pushed back into place. Used what looked like my BBQ temperature probe to check temperature but the probe wasn't plugged into a device for readings. A complete waste of time and money.
