We have been without a Refrigerator for over 6 weeks, with 3 children (AND 1 IS A BABY). At first, only our freezer wasn't staying cold enough. After they sent Sears to fix it 3 different times, the entire thing won't cool at all, not the fridge or freezer. It's over 70⁰ in both.ent 2nd company and they worked on it and it is sti. We lost hundreds and hundreds of $ worth of food. Their customer service isn't kind or helpful. I'd give them a negative rating or 0 stars if possible.

Technician was good. $4500 refrigerator only 5.5 years old 10 year compressor warranty apparently is only good for 5. Don't buy Kenmore elite.
