Horrible customer service. The the call center is in India and you can hardly understand a word they're saying and this is after talking to multiple people. When I asked how much it would cost just to have my washing machine looked at, she got defensive and hung up. I never raised my voice and was very polite. I will never call them again. It asked me at the beginning of the phone call if I would take a survey after the call ended, I said yes. Amazingly it never happened.

* I was doubting the service when I started by getting a person in India taking information and making appointment and wanting my credit card number. The web site that I contacted them by looked like it could be a Pishing scam, and as far as I knew, Sears was out of business. After hard sell on the Monthly Service Plan I almost hung up. I'm glad I didn't. Service people, 2 of them, arrived on time with a call while they were on the way. After arrival, they diagnosed the problem, had the part, a pump, and quoted a price, and finished the job, all things together, my doubt turned into a good experience. I saved the phone number and will use again if needed.chucklittleATcharter.net.

Don was AhhhMaaZinG!! He was kind, friendly & extremely professional to have in my house; he explained what and why my ice maker and freezer had been melting all over my floor.
