took 3 weeks for them to come back and complete a repair. However, they did not replace everything and "assumed" all was fixed when in fact it was not. They refuse to come back and complete the job, the Warranty company cannot get them to come back out because they are "booked". They have our parts that were approved for replacement, we thought they had replaced everything until they sent the "receipt". We called first thing the next morning since they didn't send it until after hours. Here we are 5 days later still no resolution, not fixed. Fridge/Freezer will not keep temp so we cannot put food back in it. Very Very poor service and very unprofessional. If you don't complete the job then you should come back and finish it. IF they actually come out and fix this I will relook at this review, until then, beware you will be out alot of money as this company does not care about getting it right.

The fact that it took 6 months to repair our washer is redicoulus. We were only given a %50,00 dollar rebate to use at laundry mat, I don't know anyone that is a family of 4 that can do laundry for 6 months.There was always an excuse as to what was taking so long or always blaming someone else.After keeping my insurance payed on all my sears appliances for 30plus years i wont be purchancing another sears product.

* Gentleman arrived early, was very polite, and had the part we needed already in his truck so he was able to fix the icemaker in our refrigerator in a single trip which was awesome.
