The experience was horrible. The technician never showed, then they said they would schedule with another LG technician but didn't do that either. Kept sending text messages stating an appointment time for two days, which I took off from work for nothing. Then canceled my appointments without my knowledge. Went without a refrigerator for a month. I had to find a local company on my own. Sears Appliance Repair SUCKS!!!!
