    Technician advised that the electrical source was not grounded and did not do anything furher. He was here less then 10 min. Within an hour we had a master electrician check out the circuit and he said it was properly grounded. We had him replace the socket anyway. Tried to have the technician recalled - best that they could do was schedule another appt out 1.5 wks. we had already waited 1.5 wks. I find this totally unacceptable. We were within the 4 hour window for the tech to be here and he should have been recalled. As far as I am concerned this is a management problem for not having enough people. I understand the difficulty with the covid virus pandemic but the tech could have been recalled even for later that day.

    Called for a new ice maker. Got a super long sales pitch for the service plan, and these people don't quit even when you tell them you're not interested...sooo annoying! They did set up an appointment for the same day to fix my ice maker though, which I was pleased with. Said they'd come between 1 and 5, and I got a call from the service tech around 2. Stephen showed up promptly, and the change out of my ice maker only took about 20 minutes. I was quite happy until I saw the bill. 630$ for a new ice maker and bin!? I searched online for the ice maker and couldn't find it for over 50$... the bin runs about 30$ so, you do the math on what the labor cost is...I also had to endure the sales pitch for the service plan AGAIN. Won't be using thier services again. Ever!

    My washer broke 3 weeks ago and a repairman was here in a couple of days. The repairman said he would order parts. 3 plus weeks have gone by and still no response from Sears or repairman.
