The young man who came who was on time the scheduling was as as explained the main company stayed in contact with information about when where communication was phenomenal. Came in did the job left it clean very respectful a definite plus

Part replaced was not the problem. The fridge wasn't cooling so they repaired the freezer which was working properly. Five weeks and a few hundred dollars later, fridge still not working. Ended up buying a new one. They are sneaky and do not have any parts with them. So it is always a long drawn out process. Then when you go to cancel your warranty that you never used in the first place, as it wasn't even supposed to start until 12/6/21. They not only keep your $49.99 but charge your account an additional $150 without your permission/knowledge. Crooks!

The technician initially came and diagnosed the issue with my dryer, but didn't have the part. With the first visit, I had plenty of notifications about when he would arrive. With the second visit to install the part and complete the repair, I was made aware that the part was shipped to me and when he would arrive and had no other notification until about 10 minutes before he arrived. This was not what I had expected after the initial service call. Luckily I had just arrived at the house. The service itself was performed successfully and the technician cleaned up when he completed the job. I think Sears Appliance Repair can do a better job of letting people know when they will arrive.
