Called in didn't get to talk to anyone from USA! Then set up appointment, no show called back in was told I was out of their service area! Then said okay I will bring it down to your store but sears is out of business so where do I take it, was told they will contact me and arrange a time, and nothing more was said been two weeks still nothing, go to Rogers appliances so much better people and local aswell. Screw you sears!

It took them over a month to come back and repair my washer. I had an appointment set up for October 14th. They never showed up. When I called they said a part was back ordered and only five of the parts were shipped. I kept calling, and finally they told me they would just purchase the part locally. I went for five weeks without a washer. When the repair person showed up he had the missing part in his van.

The technician lied to me about the cost of the dryer part and the service charge. He took my card and signed an x for my signature due to covid regulations. Then charged over $300 what I agreed to pay on my card. I called Customer Service and they told me the charges were valid and apologized that the service technician gave me the wrong information on price.
