Repair Tech absolutely great. Repair rates through the roof ridiculous on par with Doctor or Lawyer rates. Sears Company absolutely awful. Good luck to anyone who buys a Sears/Kenmore product. Our refrigerator compressor was replaced after 4 years and Sears will not convey if the newly installed compressor is of newer, better engineered design.

Technician arrived on time, was quick to determine what was wrong and what needed to be repaired, provided an estimate, ordered parts, came back when they arrived, on time again, quick to install and repair issue. Communication was amazing the whole time. Automated emails and texts were sent to me letting me know where we were in the process from start to finish. Very impressive actually.

I hope this reaches someone who maybe thinking about using this company. For us it went from bad to worse. Our washing machine was leaking. So we called someone out. They ordered parts and showed up again without parts just to tell us they couldn't fix it without the parts. We got charged for both visits. The parts finally came. They "fixed it" and the drier stopped working. We called they came to "fix it" again. Now the drier is smoking. They got a good bit of money and we still can't wash clothes. For the sake of your sanity, money, and family please don't. I pray that someone with more influence than me is able to shut this place down. We have been through a very stressful ride with this company. It did not result in a fixed unit just a lot of lost money and time. Find someone more reliable or buy another unit (not from sears).
