  Beware of Seacoast. Crazy high invoice for twenty minutes work. Zach the manager says that their family's policy is to charge the full technician labor rate to pick up parts, return old parts, and do paperwork. Even if it is a part that regularly fails and the technician should have on the vehicle in the first place? Seacoast has good technicians but poor management. How sad that they charge their customers for their own inefficiency. Unclear why John L didn't just call me instead of posturing here by posting the office number. Nevertheless, I called back to find him on vacation 🙄 Fred took my call and explained that despite them installing the system in 2019 they had to make a good profit off this simple repair. He further advised that we should have paid them $800 for a service contract if we wanted to avoid paying excessive labor charges when their system failed prematurely. It's simple Seacoast. We trusted you. The system was recommended, installed, and maintained by you. The part broke under warranty and your guys replaced it in less than one hour. Your labor policy is outrageous. Charges should have been one hour, Max.

  Mr. Cote, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that your last experience with Sea Coast was not completely satisfactory. When our tech arrived over the weekend he was able to quickly diagnose that your factory blower motor was defective. Unfortunately being that it was the weekend, the factory and distributor were closed and so we did not have access to the proper factory motor. As much as we would prefer to be able to diagnose and repair units at the same time, unfortunately that is not always the case. Especially when dealing with certain factory specific parts. We did however look further into your situation and found that between the two visits, our technicians were at your home for an hour. We at Sea Coast always strive for complete customer satisfaction.   Tommy figured out why my ac was constantly running. Everything checked out with his meters and the system should be working properly. After a few minutes he thought the heat and the ac were on at the same time. Sure enough that was it. Great person and thinks on his feet. Well done!
