  Mike (the owner) and Patrick were friendly, professional, and thorough. They determined that my compressor was bad, and needed replacing. To properly validate their 10 year warranty, it was necessary to replace the air handler and thermostat as well. Their fee was not only reasonable but they did a temporary install with a loaner unit to get me through the 5 days until the permanent unit was installed as I was waiting on financing. I highly recommend Seabreeze!

  Mike was amazing! My 12 year old AC unit decided to die on me recently. Mike provided information and assisted with helping me choose the right unit for my home. The pricing was excellent in comparison to other companies. He reaffirmed my purchase by putting me at ease and letting me know all about the features that came with my unit! He went above and beyond with the install, as well as reviewing settings on my wifi thermostat. Will definitely be going through Seabreeze for any future maintenance and repairs.
