  Our heat went out during the exstemely cold night of Febuary 5, 2022. I called Scudder-Taylor first thing in the morning. I received a return call from their emergency technician almost immediately. That technician arrived at my home in less than an hour. His name was Joe, and he was a new employee with Scudder-Taylor. He was pleasant an reassuring. Joe described and fixed the problem within a short period and the house was cozy in an hour. After decades with Scudder-Taylor, I will never leave them.TRUELY 5 STARS!

  I contacted Scudder Oil after receiving a flyer in our mail box that offered a free clean up and tune up for all new customers. They came and stayed 15 minutes for what resulting in a simple inspection. They did not perform a tune up, nor a clean up for that matter. I expressed my concern in an email that was left unanswered. My wife, who is diplomatic in her nature, called and was greeted by a rude person who hung up on her after she requested a second visit by a technician to perform the promised maintenance. We were with Scudder Oil for less than 2 month and will certainly not do business with them again in the future.
