  This company was dispatch to my house through a home warranty and they showed up pretty quickly and diagnosed the problem. Since then, they have not responded to my phone calls or text messages even after saying they were going to show up three days in a row but never showed up. My heating system is broken and it is cold outside and they have shown no urgency to fix my unit. I would not recommend this company.

  My AC went out and I found them on google. When they heard my infant in the background, ran over after hours to check things out and work with us. Complete life saver. Absolutely wonderful people, quality work and I highly recommend. House is cooled down even better than before.

  Our AC went out and I happened to come across Scott’s HVAC on google and contacted them for service. Luckily, he was leaving a job site and was able to stop by to take a look at our system. It was late in the evening, but he stopped by and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Once he figured out what was causing our AC to keeping shutting off, he thoroughly explained to us the reason. He was very honest, thorough, and did not overcharge— the price was more than reasonable. I will def be using them again for any future HVAC issues! Also, I’d like to mention, I had initially called Blue Dot because I thought our system was still under warranty. They said I needed a new control board and quoted me $1400, which was the discounted price! Just an FYI, a control board for our system costs appx 75-80 bucks, and it takes less than an hour to switch the board out. Scott didn’t replace our control board, but he was able to figure out the problem. I highly recommend Scott’s HVAC Services!
