After spending hundreds of dollars more than any other delivery company (other than Townsend Oil which they incessantly bash) to get "service", I had a oil burner that heats the house and hot water, which they broke during the 'tune up', (which was supposedly included in their 'service contract). They charged another $600+ for the 'parts and labor' (labor that included 90 minutes of the repairman eating lunch in my driveway waiting for a part) that then broke all hot water service in my house They came back to 'fix' what they broke 3 times (never worked for more than 36 hours) and I spent the better part of a week with no hot water. Hired another company that replaced the part that they installed (wrong part) that burned out 2 other parts of heating system and cost more than $1,000 to fix. They are now threatening legal action after not paying for 45 days for their incorrect parts and service that cost me money for another company to remedy (and tolerate no hot water in the middle of winter). Tons of similar experiences in the neighborhood. They are tremendously expensive for the right to have service that, quite frankly, is very anxiety inducing as they seem very incompetent.

We inherited AmeriGas for our propane tank at our new home and simply could not get propane delivered. They gave us a 10 day window and we’re already a week past that. We’ve been out of propane this entire time. Our son recommended Scott Energy because he’s been so happy with them. I was not optimistic about getting a new tank and company between Christmas and New Years but incredibly, I called yesterday morning and spoke to Kevin Kelleher, then Adam Scott visited us in the afternoon and within an amazingly short amount of time, we have a new tank and fuel. I’m completely blown away. This is how you run a company. Thank you Scott Energy and your amazing team!!! We’re so grateful to you all!

In my opinion Scott's is the the best by far!! All 5 + stars reviews etc... Scott's services my condo, my upstairs neighbor's condo, my parents house and my place of work. They bailed me out three times already just in this last season. Thanks Scotts Energy!
