Lena and the whole crew helped us out with a No Heat call, finding out we needed a new furnace they provided us with heaters to keep the house warm until the parts could come in. Their were prompt, professional and they make sure you are satisfied with the final product before they leave. They care about their customers and that shows from Lena,Chris the salesman,Scott the service man and Matt and his crew of installers! Excellent company and we would recommend them very highly! I had a/c and a new water heater installed. They were nothing but professional from beginning to end. They were happy to answer all my questions. They were quiet enough for me to keep working from home. I would definitely use them again. They were awesome!

Schutz did not hold up to their end of the contract. My AC was replaced but not the supply line(written on the contract). I contacted my sales agent and we agreed since the supply line was not replaced she would concession two maintenance visits. This is where I went wrong by trusting their staff to do what they said they’d do. Fast forward to the heating months of 2021. I call the office to schedule a furnace tune up. They didn’t bother to tell me it had already been done in June so I proceeded to schedule a mtc visit. To my surprise one the mtc was complete the tech on site asked for payment. Here we go again, I went round and round with the office staff and owner who were not willing to see things from the customer perspective. I will not do business with them again will direct anyone else away from them that I can. Oh yea, one last item. When they replaced my ac they suggested to move my whole home humidifier to another duct. In doing so they linked the feed tube and it just so happens the humidistat switch quit working after they moved the humidifier smh!
