  Excellent service. JR was very responsive, worked with me on my issue and got it resolved as fast as possible. He took time to explain the issue and followed through with commitments. All for a great price. Five stars is simply not enough. Looking forward to future business with Schuette's HVAC.

  This man is quality conscious but the problem he doesn't know what he's doing and when he can't solve the problem he just doesn't come back to the job. I paid over @11,000. for a new construction 3 zone system that doesn't work properly. The furnace is also set up improperly as you can barely feel any airflow from heating ducts and on a cold day furnace takes over 1 hr to heat the house 2 degrees. This is a 1 man shop and it's way too much work for that man--he just can't keep up. Had to pester him constantly to get the furnace dropped in just to get heat into house do pipes wouldn't freeze.--I'm afraid court action will be the only way to get this rectified.
