Greg was very professional, courteous and on time. He was knowledgeable and explained the problem to me clearly. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable for the services offered. He also showed me some very fair pricing for general maintenance work that they offer for my AC and furnace that I plan on using. Thank you!

The Best Customer Service Experience I have ever had and I have been in the customer service business for 44 years. We recently purchased a cabin in Innsbrook and had a problem with the AC. Our real-estate agent recommended Schraer HVAC. They dispatched a technician within 48 hours and he fixed the problem immediately. Since it was a 40 year old unit we decided to replace it. They were able to schedule the replacement within a week and based on our schedule. At the last minute we had a family emergency and we had to coordinate the installation without us present. Needless to say the install and communications were seamless. The level of communications, understanding, courtesy, respect, professionalism and friendliness of each of the members of the their team was outstanding! A Special Thanks to Dan (technician), Bill (pre-install manager), Julie and Michaela (office - a real joy to work with) and the two technicians (who I never met) who did a great job of installing and cleanup. We appreciate all of you!

The very Worst customer service I ever dealt with. The first time they came out the guy didn’t even say two words to me. I had to ask all the questions he should have been talking to me about. My main problem was my fire place and he told me it was fine. Never even turned it on to check the problem I was telling him about. I Decided to have them order the part I asked for and fix it. Knowing what I needed. That was last week. They gave me appointment time for today between 2-4. 4 came around and no call , no one here, nothing. I called the office and tried to explain that Communication goes along way. I am Aggravated and Julie that answers the phones can care less. She don’t need to call, she don’t know when the guy will be here and tells me we can return the part and not come because I am aggravated. Not once did I raise my voice or curse at her!!! Ask to talk to the manager and he tells me oh that’s not Julie I will ask her and that waiting 2 hours with no phone call is not a big deal and neither is my fire place.. WOW I did curse at him at the end... NOT SORRY!! One thing if you are going to own a company and have people work for you learn how to communicate and have customer service.. And you wonder why your company has bad stars???? 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ If I could have gave 0 stars I would.. This place is a joke!!!!!
