My furnace quit working at 10:30 p.m. on a Saturday and we couldn't find anyone to come and look at it in New Castle. We called you and you sent a tech to our house to fix our furnace. He was very professional and knowledgeable and had the furnace up and running within 20 minutes. I am so happy I called you guys and we were so pleased with your service we bought the maintainence program for the furnace and ac. I will definitely recommend you guys to our family and friends.

The technician was friendly, competent, and professional. He arrived promptly, and within half an hour the job was done. I called for a non-emergency appointment less than 12 hours before the time he arrived and I'm very impressed with 1 hour and their dedication to fast service. Highly recommended!
