  Actually I have used you in the past, or rather tried to use you in the past and NO ONE EVER called me back. We had a plumbing EMERGENCY at my place of residence and had to use someone else in town. So before you ASSUME that I have never contacted you or tired to use your services better check your information. Competitor or not never assume based on your opinion.

  They responded right away to get my toyo stove working like it should in about 1/2 hour. He gave me good advice on what it would need to be done in the future to keep it in good condition. Thank you!!!
