Overall I am happy with the installation and how responsive their customer support was. The first night after installation we experienced issues with our new furnace but after calling their 24-hour support number we were able to get the problem resolved quickly. As of today our new furnace has been working without issue and has been a major upgrade for our house. We're looking forward to using the AC unit in the summer.

If you have options, DO NOT use this gas company! First if your bill is two days past due you will get a phone call asking for payment, (due date is 7 days after invoice date) Second we had a gas leak, they came out quick to “find” leak shut off gas. The tech said I would get a call to schedule a repair, luckily I n ver got a call because their diagnosis was incorrect, was just a loose line and not a 200 regulator. Unfortunately I live in a condo and I cannot use any other gas company (I guess they own the tanks) so I am in the process of changing everything I can to electric.

Good Afternoon Mr. Brittingham, I was able to look up your account and would like to provide some clarity. On January 26, 2022 we received a call from you at 11:56am, stating you smelled gas by your dryer area. We updated the work order to state that we were checking for a gas leak around your range. Our technician arrived at 12:15pm and determined that a safety valve was needed for the range. Our technician noted that you have a Samsung range and made a note that parts are no longer available for this range. This safety valve is an appliance specific safety valve that opens and closes when gas is needed. It is not like our propane valves that we keep in stock. Unfortunately, our technician was in a horrible accident, and it currently out of our office, so I can not speak with him to get more information about the part. You were not charged for this visit. We offer our customers a discount if they pay within the first 10 days after receiving the bill. If a payment hasn’t been received after 21 days of the invoice, we do send a letter saying there are 7 days left to pay your bill before it is over due. I hope this provides some clarity, and apologize that I can not get more information from our technician at the time.

We decided to replace and upgrade our existing HVAC system. Mike met with us and after evaluating our home spent considerable time discussing his recommendations and options. He then provided a proposal that was very thorough. System installation by Victor and Carlo over two days was outstanding and extremely professional. I can't say enough about the work by Victor and Carlo. They both are extremely knowledgeable, took time to explain the new system and answer our questions. They even noted a likely issue with the grading where the outside AC unit sits, and recommended a solution. After a bit of discussion with the Intallation Manager, the grading issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We've used Schagrin before, and will continue to use them in the future. Fantastic job Mike, Victor, Carlo and Bob!
