  - Had pre-season heat check done. 1-month later unit stopped working. - Called contractor back out got unit working and lasted for 1-week. - Contacted again on Friday. Told they couldn't come until next week. - Now going on two full days without heat. Inspected the unit today myself and found the following, 1. Furnace area full of dust and debris. 2. Ignitor corroded and could have been replaced or cleaned 2 visits prior. Overall not a good experience.

  They gave us a time frame of 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. I waited all day for them to arrive and I finally called them at about 4:00 pm. I was told I need to understand that their poor communication and punctuality is ok, and that the vast time frame they gave us still just an estimate. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend.

  They were contracted through my home warranty service 2.5 days ago and have yet to make contact or answer their phones when we try to contact them. The HW company has tried as well. Nothing but voicemail.
