  New to the Berkshire's last June, We needed home heating oil delivery for the winter. Sav MOR accepted us as new customers when others would not. The fuel isn't the cheapest around, but the warm, welcoming feeling I got on our first phone call, and each call after has made me a loyal customer. Response times are almost immediate. We also had the oil gauge broke off our tank. Sav Mor was able to send someone out quickly to replace it. I am sincerely appreciative of the amazing customer service and friendly staff, I can't imagine working with anyone else for my home fuel needs.

  Don't be fooled by the name. I called for their price on home heating oil and they were 51 cents more per gallon than one of their competitors. When I asked the person that answered the phone if they were aware of this, she told me "Yes we are aware of this". Draw your own conclusions from that response.

  I paid 3.09 a gallon for oil prices 2.49 a gallon everywhere else. I feel that they gouged me and they do not have very good business practices. I will never do business with them again. They do not post their price online or answer questions about price because they overcharge and rob people. Awful
