We had an odor coming from our vents and they sent a tech out who did a thorough inspection of the duct system and found mold from moisture that had seeped in over the years and a return line that badly needed replaced.  Service is scheduled for the coming week.  I have been having respiratory issues for over a year and they may have found out why!

We needed a new furnace for our house and they went above and beyond our expectations. He was extremely helpful when we were figuring out our options to replace the furnace. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Everyone that we dealt with throughout the process was friendly and personable. Fred arrived on time he was very friendly and very informative. He got the work done quickly and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I did not like the fact that they charge for the service call however, especially when they’re going to do the job.  But that had nothing to do with his performance he did a great job and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the part won’t be defective again

I was looking for a reliable service technician to service our AC unit that had stopped working and found this wonderful company. They came out the same day I called them. The installer showed up right on time, calling before his arrival.  The installation was challenging and perplexing, but by no fault of Santos Heating & Air Conditioning.  They stepped up and made all necessary changes, which included a second trip the next day to implement the fix they came up with.  All of this at no additional cost beyond their original quote.  I can't praise them enough for their determination in getting the job done right.

My AC went out in the middle of the night. I called the next day and they were able to fit me in. Santos Heating & Air Conditioning removed and installed two heating and air conditioning units in our home. The installation crew  were fast, courteous, and professional.
