I am very pleased with Santa Oil’s timely delivery of our oil. We never have to call for a delivery. The app is very convenient, their customer service reps helpful, and the service technicians very thorough! It’s been a good relationship so far!! A definite recommend!

I switched all my energy requirements from HOP energy to Santa Fuel and have been 100% satisfied. I find their customer service to be responsive and knowledgeable. Their technicians installed a new LP tank and did a boiler maintenance as scheduled, on time, and professional.

When my heat went out on a Saturday evening in January, before i called the company, I texted Demaris, the friendly, helpful and responsive rep who helped me get started with Santa Energy. She provided excellent customer service during her own time/not at work , and scheduled a repairman the for next morning. Sunday morning, Leon arrived at 8 am!! My furnace needed a $765 motor replacement which was completely covered by my service contract. 5 stars !!
