  I am new to the area. The LG washer that came with the house flooded our laundry room and kitchen. The door opened on its own and water went everywhere. I found Sandpoint Alliances Repair on line through reviews. I called them on Monday expecting the wait time to be long before they could get out. To my surprise they scheduled me that day. Carrol came out and was FANTASTIC!!! She figured out the problem quickly and efficiently went to work. The washer is working great. I can’t tell you how great it is to have found a place that cares about their customers! Carrol followed up with a phone call asking if all was still going well. So refreshing to know great customer service is not dead! Thank you Sandpoint Appliance Repair! I am a customer for life!

  Very nice man and he didn't gouge us like so many service companies do. He came, did his job, fixed my washer and left. My husband liked him alot.
