  Contacted them to do a job. Owner showed up about a half hour late and reviewed what needed to be done. He advised he would have an estimate the next day. I didn’t hear from him for three weeks so I contacted him. He gave me an estimate which I thought was a good price and advised he would do the job sometime in the next week. I never heard from him so I again contacted him and he advised he would be there the next day at a specified time. Never showed up and no answer on the phone.

  Amazing experience. If you want a plumber that can get the job done no matter what the issue is, John knows all the MUA crew to help with issues external to your house. I really appreciate the help with my “rock” issue.
