  Sams Air Duct Cleaning crew visited my home yesterday. I was surprised to see that they brought two separate powerful machines for cleaning both my air ducts and dryer vent. They showed me the before and after pictures for every air duct they cleaned, and they even power washed all of the vent covers, sanitized the ducts, and used their own ladder to get on the roof with no hesitation because my dryer vent was difficult to access from below. Exceptional customer service and full service cleaning, I would 100% recommend them to come out and clean your dryer vent or ducts!

  These guys are awesome. Had ducts cleaned and they forgot to start my furnace back up. Called and spoke to Brad K. He went above and beyond trying to help me over the phone. With no luck, he finally asked me to call a heating company to come out. He told me his company would fully reimburse me. Next day Brad called to check on us. He told me to send over the heating guys invoice and stood by what he said and I was fully reimbursed. Just got done telling my coworkers this story. Two of them are calling to set up appointments for their duct cleaning. Great customer service. Oh, and by the way, my ducts are super clean and that crew was very professional.
