  Horrendous customer service. Office receptionist was rude and argumentative. “Tech” didn’t show up in a work van. Overcharged the freon in the outside air handler, resulting in the unit short cycling. Was only interested in getting a coil cleaning charge out of us. On his return, he spent his time promoting his music production side gig trying to impress my girlfriend instead of doing his job. Would absolutely never recommend these clowns.

  This company was hired by "Select home warranty" to perform HVAC work. The technician did not come as promised. When he arrived, he took money but did not file diagnosis report at all, which delayed claim process. Had to hire another contractor. DON'T HIRE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL JACK-A**

  STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE COMPANY. Had to use them with Choice Home Warranty. They make appointments and do not show. When they do come they are on the phone the whole time. Never contacted the Home Warranty to file the claim until I called Choice to ask for the status. Choice called them and they did not respond. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Do not use them!!!
