  I had two other companies do service work in my restaurant prior to using Sam Service. I was really impressed with there higher standards in professionalism. As a struggling business owner considering a career change, I saw the need for professional techs and chose a path to prepare to go to work for this company. As a team member there now, I can really say I have never worked somewhere where so many people inspire me on a regular basis. No company is perfect, but when you call on a company that has 5 core value standards, you are calling on a team that knows your need to win when hurdles come up. Sam Service wins when the customer wins.

  These are about the dumbest and slowest country people I have ever experienced customer service from. They even had the nerve to tell me that they’re not excepting customers. The only thing I could think of is racism. Do not support this business!
