  Our AC unit went out on a hot summer evening, called Sam and he came out and had it repaired and running again the following morning. Excellent service and quality of work. Highly recommend Sam for any heating and cooling needs!

  I called Sam for schdule an annual maintenance. He showed on time, checked all the units inside out carefully and cleaned them properly. He put my house for his spring maintaince list. I will keep using their service in the future.
