Just recently signed up with Salt Air for maintenance program. Good thing because unit stopped working before they even had first inspection! Angel was great to work with both setting up account and setting after hours appt. Loved how clear they were about who they were sending and when! Doug the Tech was very professional and good to work with. They did what they said they would do. We’re off to a great start!!

We were very impressed with Salt Air! The heat stopped working on a freezing night, and Doug Jenkins with Salt Air came within an hour or so! He was able to diagnose and fix the problem that very night. He sent a very professional multi page report containing pictures not only of the problem, but of many parts of the system. This was to let us know the condition of everything, and to let us know some non-urgent things that could use attention. That went above and beyond. We hope we don't need any more service, but if we do, we will definitely call Salt Air!

Had Salt Air install brand new unit and air handler in August of 2019. My Dad personally new the owner and said to give them a try. Well here we are now in 2022 and every year since it’s went out and they have to come service the unit which comes at a cost. I had a 20 year old unit that was running fine but wanted to replace it as we were considering listing out house. A 20 year old unit had less issues then what I got from Salt Air. I recommend you go check their Yelp reviews as opposed to google. One time they sent over a technician who had no idea how to install a thermostat. He has to call his boss to walk him through it then he installed the wrong one. I know the owner and his family are extremely nice people but I think as they’ve grown they’ve had the inability to scale appropriately. It’s pretty bad when you install the unit and then have to service it every year and charge the person because you can’t warranty work.
