  Very good customer service at the counter with oscar. Oscar is a very hard working guy every time am there i see him pick up other people order because the warehouse guy are to busy hanging around & not picking your order Oscar had to come out the counter to pick my order SW ANDERSON IS NOT THE SAME ONES FERGUSO CAME & TOOK OVER i had to wait for 1 hours to get 2 flexibles

  Since this place was take over by Ferguson now is terrible. I believe trane- American standard did a very bad choice to have them as a distributors. I don't think is going to be any good. I predicted to the same when American standard went from burley supply to Abco. Bad choices have a price.

  They open at 7 , was there at 710. Ordered , 15 minutes later order ticket still not taken. Was told by counterman guys in back are doing other "stuff" and it would be awhile what is the sense of getting there early?
