  Expressed concern with our new Heil A/C unit this summer that he installed (new install/new house build) with unit running constantly and not being able to get the house below 72F. Scott said he'd have a manual J/load calc done, this was back in late August. It's been over 3 months and winter is basically here - going somewhere else. Doesn't follow up or respond. Wouldn't recommend if you expect any service after the sale.
