Santino was great. He came within 24 hours of my call (vs 6 weeks for another company I called). Fixed my forced air heater problem in a few minutes, reminded me to change my filters (just moved it and had forgotten about it) and installed my NEST, although he had never seen one before. I trust he'll now know.
