We have been so happy with Rymes. We own our propane tank and I have shopped around extensively and found that they do give us the best price around. We have called for service a few times as well and they have arrived quickly, have been affordable and they have done a quality job. They have been a huge blessing! We are thankful!

Rymes is a terrible company. I've been trying for over a month to get them to come out to my home and fill their propane tank. Now it's 5 degrees out and we have no propane for heat, hot water, cooking and for running the house's emergency generator. I have been calling their office twice a week since mid October to report the very low levels of propane in their tank and to request a delivery. They claim they made ONE attempt to deliver, but the driver decided not to, claiming the driveway wasn't passable due to snow. We have the driveway plowed and sanded. I don't know what more I can do. Now they won't come out unless we pay an emergency delivery fee!

Been a customer since 2001. Commercial building. Service issues in the past and the chance to reciprocate business with a propane supplier that is also a customer led me to the decision to go to another supplier. The in ground tank is owned by Rymes and should have been a cordial "tank swap" in which my new supplier gave them a new tank of the same capacity. I'm told this is done all the time between competing vendors. Not so with Rymes. They refused. I pressed and they finally agreed to sell me the 15 year old tank for $500 more than the cost of a new one! I told them they could keep it and had the new vendor install above ground tanks. Now instead of a shiney new tank in their yard, Rymes owns a 15 year old tank in the ground. LOL
