  I was in the process I'm switching from my current propane provider to rymes. Then I started reading the reviews on here about their Hazard impact charge so I called and talked to a lady who was extremely rude when I asked about what the charge was for and she stated it was to pay for inspection stickers on the truck and repairs. My next response as a business owner was isn't that a business expense? Her response was( I dont know what to tell you sir ) and she hung up on me after I asked to cancel my appointment to have my tanks swapped . I was quite shocked because if I treated my customers like that I would be out of business. I will say that Mark the service manager when I talked with him prior to this Disaster was excellent he is totally personable and understands what's going on with your heating system.

  Angie McCarten has been nothing short of spectacular in helping us set up our new house for propane. Bob was wonderful when he came for site review and along with Jeff we great with the install. Thankyou
