Definitely the worst oil company of all time. The office people are rude. It takes forever to get fuel and they are basically down the street. The fees eat your money alive. I'm very disappointed in the fact that it's a family own company and they don't understand what "family" means. 😤

If we had another option for propane in this town we would definitely use it. Every single time we deal with this company we have issue, they have ridiculous service fees for things that you cannot control. we pay almost 400 every two weeks in the winter time for propane and that IS NOT INCLUDING there service fee that are $100+. I seriously have had so my problem with this company that we are thinking about movie to an apartment where we will not have to deal with them when it comes to propane.

I recently had a new propane boiler installed in my residence and opened an account with Rymes Propane and Oil Company to install a new propane tank, fill it, and install the piping and regulators. Everyone at Rymes was extremely professional, friendly and prompt. The office staff personnel, especially Ko, answered all my calls and questions; the 500 gallon propane tank delivery went smoothly and without a hitch thanks to the skilled and talented driver Dave; the installation of the regulator and piping to the residence was completed flawlessly and professionally by Erin; and the propane delivery driver Donnie was a true professional driver - our driveway is 600 foot long, sloped and has numerous curves, yet none of the service personnel had any problems or issues, even in the middle of the winter.
