My technician, Steve McDonald, was great. We thought my furnace may need a new switch but after he did some checking, he determined I needed a new thermostat. So far, so good. He took the info he may need in case he has to replace the switch at some point. I was extremely happy with the service call, Steve was very concerned and very professional. However, originally I made the appointment for a Thursday between2 and 4. I got a call that said the service department wouldn't honor a call between those hours and made another appointment for 12-2. Guess what, Rymes-Steve got here at 6:00 PM! I know the techs report in during their work time and someone should have called me that he was going to be that late. I am very, very happy with the service call and Steve! Merry Christmas!

Could not be happier with Rymes and their entire staff from the Technicians to Customer Service Staff. Woke up to a Blown Boiler. Called Rymes they came out the same day, I had a quote (which was very fair) for a new boiler in a few hours and they were out the next day and completed the job that day. Rare to find fast, fair, with solid customer service nowadays. I could not recommend them more highly.

I have been working with Rymes since August of 2015 when I became the Owner-Innkeeper here in Ogunquit. Steve has been the Serviceman for the majority of my calls and has been nothing less than great to deal with. Because of issues with our gas stoves I've had to call Rymes on several occasions. Steve is extremely friendly, professional, experienced, and explains everything in language that I can understand. He's here when I expect him and goes right to work. Customer service with Rymes is excellent.
