  Literally the worst. Run. Do whatever you can to have a different propane service provider. Unprofessional, expect to always be on hold, incredibly rude customer service reps, ran out of heat a couple times in the winter after telling them multiple times to increase our delivery. Do yourself a favor and just don’t with these guys.

  Avoid this company at all costs. They don't solve any of the issues you have and when you call repeatedly to get updates, they act like everything is your fault and are extremely rude.

  Rymes did an excellant job replacing our steam boiler. The technicians paid special attention to making sure everything was completed in a precise, timely and efficient manner. They worked straight through without a break in getting this job done. We are glad we chose Rymes for our boiler replacement.
