A rare find if your searching for honest and experienced! Tim and Brandon went above and beyond to investigate the issues we have been dealing with for more than 2 years. They made numerous phone calls on our behalf locating the original equipment provider and investigating the equipment compatibility and directing us to a solution and explaining in detail why this “new” unit never worked properly. Definitely would highly recommend Ryan’s!

Tim and Brandon at Ryan’s Heating an Air are wonderful to deal with. They answer all questions and give options when needed. They have serviced our Heat Pump for 20 years and just replaced it with a new Trane. We couldn’t be happier with their professional, neat and all around great service.

Ryan’s Heating and Air Conditioning is the company that initially installed our heat pump about 7 years ago so when we wanted to have preventative maintenance done this year we contacted them for an appointment. My husband contacted Ryan’s back in May requesting service and it took them until mid-June to finally come out and service the unit. The costs was $125.00. Four weeks later on Saturday July 20th during the hottest weekend of the year with the heat index between 110 and 115 degrees, our air conditioner stopped working. My husband called Ryan’s and left a message and he called us back the following day but said he couldn’t come out until sometime Monday. We started calling multiple Air Conditioning businesses until we found someone that could come out over the weekend. Norwood came through and arrived Sunday afternoon and repaired our heat pump by replacing the capacitor. The temperature in our house at the time of repair was 89 degrees and climbing. This ended up being a 15 minute job so it was a shame that Ryan’s couldn’t come out sooner to assist us. Norwood also informed us that the capacitor that they replaced should have been caught during the preventative maintenance check that was performed four weeks prior. I’ve attached a photo of the damaged capacitor and you can see how rusty the top is. This capacitor cost under $20.00 and if it was replaced during the PM check, it would have saved us $350.00 on the emergency repair. Not happy at all with Ryan’s service and will not use them again. Poor customer service and not attentive to their customer’s needs.
