  He arrived within minutes of being called, and made an amazing impression as soon as he walked through the door. When he entered our home, he immediately removed his shoes. It's a small thing but not insignificant. He fixed our furnace and had it done within minutes. He was friendly and extremely professional. He did all around good work.
