  These guys are awesome. They're not the cheapest but great financing thru state rebates and incentives which they handle painlessly. I replaced my old furnace with new Thermo-pride and added Bosch central heat pump. They put in two zone dampers with Wi-Fi connected thermostats. They've also come back several times to help reprogram and tweak everything to achieve the most efficient usage. And at no extra charge. Their workmanship is top quality. They REALLY care about doing a great job and making sure you're happy. For a big system like the one I bought it's a process to get it to the most comfortable and efficient place. And they didn't let me down.

  These guys are solid. We've had them do a lot of work already and they are scheduled to complete two more big installations in the next couple of weeks (Feb 2022 -- so, stand by for an update when they're done). Their workers/technicians are all very nice, polite, capable guys -- especially Jimmy, Johnny, and Chris. They spent lots of time explaining everything and answering my questions. Ryan himself installed my new water heater last month. The ladies in the office are polite, pleasant and efficient and they stay on top of everything. None of this stuff (HVAC equipment and service) is inexpensive anymore, but more than anyone else we interviewed or received quotes from, I felt Murphy was the best value. Other local companies we spoke with were outright crooks who tried to sell us cheaper, low-end equipment at utterly outrageous, usurious prices -- as if we couldn't do some basic research about what we were buying. Murphy's guys we're very straightforward. It's very hard to trust anyone in these types of service businesses, especially when your family is sweating or freezing or if your basement is full of water. There are so many bad guys and bad companies out there. Murphy has earned my trust and confidence, and they definitely have far more reasonable pricing (and much, much more transparency) than almost anyone else we've used in the past. Their work is high quality and they seem prepared to stand by it if they need to, which is also very reassuring. Their customer service is great from start to finish. I highly recommend them...

  I had great experience installing my new heating equipment by John, Anthony and Johnny from Murphy heating. Everyone very easy to work with and went above and beyond to get the job done. John and Antony did a great & clean job, gave me walk-though how the system works. They took care every details related to this work. I highly recommend them to anyone and will seek their service in future. Thank you guys for helping me out!
